Richard Ukachukwu Ibeh is the legal Partner to ihe nketa ìsí Ltd, he is a dynamic legal practitioner with a robust background in litigation, arbitration, energy and natural Resources law, corporate and commercial law, and strategic business consulting. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Ebonyi State University (2016) and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos (2017). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017 and has since maintained an active legal practice.
He is a Chartered Arbitrator (UK) and holds a Master’s Degree in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He is also a certified Strategic Business Manager (SBM), demonstrating his cross-disciplinary expertise in law and business.
Richard served his National Youth Service at the Nasarawa State Ministry of Justice as a State Counsel and later worked with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Lafia. He began his legal career at Oxford Chambers & Pharmsidy Property Consultancy (a real estate and entertainment-focused law firm in Abuja) and later served as Head of Chambers at B.H. Bagudu & Co. (2019–2021). He also led the Litigation Department at Crest & Waterfalls Consulting. He is currently under legal retainership and consultancy with several organizations, including:
