Ifeanyi Eze is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in project management, strategic leadership, and communications, particularly within the non-profit and cultural development sectors. With extensive experience in designing and implementing donor-funded programs, he brings a deep understanding of program development, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization.

Ifeanyi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Enterprise and Marketing Management from École Supérieure de Gestion Commerce International (ESGI), Paris, in partnership with HIMI Oran, Algeria, and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Networks, and Security from École Supérieure de Génie Informatique (ESGI), Paris. His academic background is further complemented by professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Cisco Networking (CCNA), and Human Rights-Based Approaches. This combination of training has strengthened his expertise in strategic planning, digital integration, program execution, and communication for social impact.

In his role as Senior Officer – Programs and Resource Mobilization at FIDA Nigeria, Ifeanyi has led and supported the execution of impactful projects focused on women’s rights, access to justice, gender inclusion, and community empowerment. He has played a pivotal role in proposal development, partner engagement, and the coordination of high-level advocacy initiatives supported by international development partners, including UN Women, the Ford Foundation, and UK International Development.

In addition to his work at FIDA, Ifeanyi served as the Communications Director at the Afikpo Art Forum, where he has spearheaded innovative cultural communication strategies using art and storytelling to revive and promote indigenous heritage. He has successfully led social media campaigns, managed live event coverage—including the widely celebrated Ngba Ehugbo Wrestling Festival—and developed content that significantly enhanced public engagement, visibility, and stakeholder support for the Forum’s cultural preservation agenda.

Known for his ability to manage complex projects from conception to execution, Ifeanyi excels at building coalitions, communicating across diverse audiences, and aligning program objectives with broader development goals. His professional interests lie in advancing inclusive development through rights-based programming, creative advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration.
